 All massage sessions are tailored to your specific needs and preferences.  Massage can be a tool to maintain the body's health and allow you to keep the feeling of  balance.

Inhalation Treatment
Using the technology called osmosbiosis that was developed and designed by French doctor Penoel. Lasting Impressions was one of the first places in the USA to have this device and receive training directly from Dr. Penoel. This  treatment can be a great aid in sinus infection reduction, colds, flu, viral and bactrial infections. The essential oil blends are made to your specific needs. This is a great add-on to a massage.

Lip Rejuvenation Treatment
Sugar exfoliation, masque, and free lip balm.  Give your tired, dry lips a beautiful boost!

Dry Brushing
A quick exfoliation with a soft bristled brush.  Great for circulation, opening of the pores and tightening of the skin.

Paraffin Dip
A dip into silky hot wax provides ultimate softening of the hands or feet.  Feels great on those sore joints and hydrates the skin, leaving them silky smooth and refreshed!

Steam Suite
The steam suite is a great addition to do before a massage. A steam bath increases circualation and metabolism. Thus resulting dilation of blood vessels inreases blood flow and produces tissue relaxation. Also with an increase in metabolism there is an increase in elimination of metabolic waste. (Like lactic acid that creates muscle pain). Give it a try you will feel the difference!. You must reserve steam suite at time of booking your appointment.


REJUVENATING SESSIONS

Personal Fitness Training   (not available at this time)  $300
This is a one on one training. First we assess where your cardio, flexibility, endurance, body composition and stength are. We then define some achievable goals from the base line and then a plan to reach those goals. You must be ready to commit to the first six weeks of traning then we re-asses and determine if you are ready to go it on your own. The trainer will develop personalized workout routines, as well as information to help you with diet and nutrition choices. 6 week commitment.


ION Detox Foot Spa                            Single session  $25

The ION Detox Foot Spa pulls toxins out through the feet.  Just some of the benefits include: increased energy, improved sleep, cleanses internal organs, reduction in allergies, plus many more.  For best results, the series of 14 treatments is recommended.


      AROMATHERAPY TREATMENTS

Raindrop Therapy                                      $65
Raindrop Therapy is a modality that uses an advanced reflexology technique called "vita flex" some specific massage , and 13 different massage oils along the nervous system, as well as hydrotherapy.  The combination of these applications has been know to help the body to increase the immune system (killing viruses and bacteria), structural alignment, electrical balance, chronic pain, and enduce relaxation.  The treatment although it is light touch and only takes 45 minutes continues working in the body for a week or more after the treatment.

Aromatherapy Facial                                  $50
This will be the best facial you have ever had! Using organic, food grade essential oils, steamy towels, and ozone that are specific to your skin type. A gentle exfoliation, cleansing and mask are used. While the mask is working you can choose either to have your hands or feet massaged. This treatment will leave your face refreshed, renewed and replenished.

Treat For Your Feet                                    $50
Your Feet will thank you!! We start with an aromatic, bubbly foot soak, followed by an exfoliation. Next we lather your feet with Rose mud, and while they are revitilizing we massage your hands with the Biotone Hydrating lotion. Then with warm towels we remove the mud and massage your feet using reflexology which not only feels good to your feet but stimulates the whole body.

Shirodhara Hot Oil Scalp Treatment             $85
Calming treatment for nervous system.  Nourishes hair and scalp, lowers anxiety, & improves mental clarity.

                                                    
                                                   EXFOLIATION

Microbuff Body Polish                              $65
Exfoliation treatment of the entire body. This will accelerate cell renewal and leave you skin petal soft.  Good for sensitive skin, the polish is gentler than the salt glow.  This treatment is about 30 minutes long and uses hot moist towels to remove the polish. Great for adding to your massage or wrap treatment!

Spa Exfoli-Sea Salt Glow                         $75
An entire body treatment will wisk away dead skin, increase circulation, and will leave your skin nourished, smooth an soft.  A 30 minute treatment.  Add it to your massage or mud wrap!

              BODY WRAPS

Herbal Wrap                                          $75                           
For those looking for the ultimate in detoxification of the body! First you warm up your core tempature, and relax in the luxurious steam suite. You then lie down and are wrapped in herb soaked muslin sheets. During this time a therapist monitors your comfort and hydtation. Following the treatment you are served a cup of tea while you relax. Everyone finds this to be a deeply relaxing and renewing experience.  Drink plenty of water before and after this treatment!

Firmi-Sea Body Mud
This Mud will help to firm and smooth your skin, while also assisting in the detoxification and remineralization. This product contains materials from the sea and should NOT be used by those allergic to iodine or shellfish.
